Raiffeisen Bank Values Festival

Event highlights.
The Spark Behind It All.
In a world where corporate values often stay on paper, we proposed a radically different approach: making them alive, interactive, tangible — and even desirable. Through games, engagement, humor, and challenges, we created a digital space where the bank’s values became the very rules people wanted to play by.
The festival became a one-of-a-kind experience where each participant could feel personal freedom, choice — and most importantly, influence. Because the more actively you engage, the more you gain — in the game and in life.
Project scope:
Multiply
That Magic.
The festival wasn’t just a collection of lectures or corporate posts. It was a space with its own economy, social connections, and rules. We introduced an original game mechanic: activity generates new opportunities. The more you participate, the more missions become available. The more missions you complete, the higher your “values index” — and the greater your “income”.
It mirrored real life — only more exciting: employees earned coins for their engagement and exchanged them for gifts. And unused bonuses were turned into real funds for charity.

Game
at Full Power.
The festival was based on the principle “your choice — your story”. Participants could choose their own way to go through the festival: watch video quests, join skits, listen to voice messages from “clients”, take quizzes and quests, or battle it out in browser games.
The nonlinear storyline created a true sense of freedom. No one had to — but everyone wanted to. This project proved that engagement is possible — not through coercion, but through inspiration.
A Brilliant
Finale.
The finale became a real event: an online show in a virtual studio built on the Unreal engine. A tech-savvy space, a recognizable style, and the charismatic Irina Chesnokova as host. We didn’t just wrap things up — we did it in true television style.
The finale featured award announcements for top participants and recognition of everyone’s contribution to corporate culture. All in the same game-inspired, yet deeply emotional tone.
The Project —
From Vision to Detail.
The festival ended — but its effect lives on. Over 4 000 participants, KPI exceeded by 150%, and the team’s internal energy reached a new dimension. But the most important thing is how employees now view values — not as abstractions, but as personal guiding principles.
That’s the strength of the projects we create at iMARUSSIA! — we don’t just run events. We Change Perceptions. We Engage and Transform. We build living systems of interaction between brands and their people.
