The Legend of the Siberian Sun — SGK

Event highlights.
The Spark Behind It All.
For one evening, the entire second floor of The Carlton became a single fairy-tale world. A winter forest, legendary characters, interactive spaces, an original theatrical production, an awards ceremony and a major live music finale came together as one story.
An event impossible to forget. An experience impossible to recreate.

Warmth took
centre stage.
At the heart of the concept was the Siberian Sun, a living source of light and warmth created by human hands.
Engineers, technicians, energy professionals, IT specialists and executives became the Keepers of Warmth. Their everyday work was elevated to the scale of a legend, while SGK’s values shaped the narrative of the stage production.
The result was a contemporary fairy tale with a distinctly SGK character, subtle humour and the energy of a truly major celebration.

Follow the Siberian Sun.
The scenography began long before guests entered the Grand Ballroom. We transformed the hotel’s entire second floor into a carefully choreographed journey from wintry Moscow into the world of the Siberian Sun.
The foyer, fairy-tale birds caught in beams of light, illuminated passageways, comfortable lounge areas, two photo experiences and the Grand Ballroom all shared a single visual language. With every turn, the story unfolded on an ever greater scale.
Now that’s a welcome.
At the welcome reception, guests were greeted by the Storyteller, jesters and chroniclers. The fairy-tale characters mingled with the crowd, collected stories, shared jokes and hosted an auction of enchanted artefacts.
A blacksmith’s hammer, the Ring of Collaboration, a Firebird feather and the Grain of Growth later reappeared in the theatrical production. The welcome reception became a fully developed prologue to the show.
The setting was completed by a live pianist, Christmas trees with bespoke SGK details and festive installations emerging through low-lying fairy-tale mist created w
Your show deserves
the big screen.
The visual centrepiece of the Grand Ballroom was a vast LED screen stretching across almost the entire width of the stage.
It performed as a full member of the cast. The on-screen world extended the physical stage, 3D graphics responded to the live action, and every movement of the performers was precisely synchronised with the visual content.
Snowstorms, ancient maps, a fairy-tale dragon, blazing furnaces, forests, power stations and the rising Siberian Sun unfolded as the story progressed.
Four myths.
We wrote and produced an original theatrical show made up of four myths.
The Ice Serpent attempted to shut down the boiler, while the Steadfast Blacksmith restored the heat. Three legendary bogatyr warriors rescued the enchanted Heat Pipeline. The Firebird tested whether the team could protect their shared hearth. The brothers Haste and Steadfastness weighed quick results against solid foundations.
The genres shifted throughout the show: contemporary choreography, musical theatre, comedy, audience interaction and visual performance.
Behind the fairy-tale imagery stood SGK’s real principles: reliability, collaboration, responsibility, development and the ability to act as one team.
The Sun at its zenith.
Following the theatrical production and awards ceremony, the Grand Ballroom shifted into concert mode.
Mercury warmed up the dance floor with two live sets.
The musical highlight of the evening was Zivert’s performance. The 28-metre screen transitioned from fairy-tale scenography to large-scale concert visuals, transforming The Carlton’s Grand Ballroom into the setting for a full-scale live show.
After the headliner’s performance, the celebration continued with a dance set by DJ PLASTIKA.

SGK gave us powerful raw material: Siberia, energy, warmth and the people whose work millions depend on. We translated it into the language of a large-scale live event and created a multimedia production written and produced exclusively for the company.
An original script, show direction, scenography, a 28-metre screen, 3D content, choreography, an awards ceremony and a live concert programme came together as one seamless show.
iMARUSSIA! creates large-scale productions at the intersection of technology and storytelling. We turn brand values into action, put the company’s people centre stage and elevate corporate events to the scale of major theatrical and concert productions.
