INVITRO Awards Ceremony: Territory of Quality. PEOPLE WHO MAKE IT HAPPEN

Event highlights.
The Spark Behind It All.
One day to celebrate the people who keep INVITRO’s vast system running around the clock.
Ahead of Medical Workers’ Day, we brought together employees from cities and countries across the INVITRO network for Territory of Quality 2026. We transformed the awards ceremony into a large-scale multimedia event where direction, space, lighting, live broadcast and 3D content all served one purpose: putting the people of INVITRO centre stage.
Project scope:
Stories from Our Events.
Stories from Our Events.

Stories from Our Events.
A major challenge.
Don’t repeat the ceremony. Reinvent it.
Territory of Quality has become one of INVITRO’s most important internal events. In 2026, the goal was not simply to continue the tradition, but to take it to an entirely new visual and technological level.
For this project, we chose CONNECT, Russia’s first multimedia congress centre. The venue’s architecture allowed us to transform the entire main hall into an immersive media environment and give the ceremony pace, scale and a distinctly contemporary character.

60 square metres
of wow.
The visual centrepiece was a panoramic corner LED screen spanning 60 m², with 6.5K resolution. Composed of multiple modules, it allowed us to work across three visual zones simultaneously.
We treated the screen not as a backdrop, but as an integral part of the direction. It reshaped the space, created depth, framed every entrance, carried the live camera feed and intensified each culminating moment.
Every piece of visual content was created specifically for the screen’s unconventional geometry. 3D scenes, the animated Key Visual, the opening sequence, graphics for eleven award categories, personalised winner graphics, video chapters and the final film formed one cohesive visual system.
The imagery moved freely between all three zones, changing scale and depth. As a result, the main hall was continually transformed, and guests experienced the event as a complete multimedia show.
The people behind INVITRO.
On the main screen.
Each award presentation was staged as a miniature premiere.
The screen revealed the winner’s name, job title, region and award category symbol. The camera picked up each winner in the audience and followed them to the stage. The live feed filled one section of the screen, personalised graphics another, while the Key Visual held the entire composition together.
Behind every award was a personal story: professionalism, responsibility, a bold decision, support for a team or years of dedication to one’s profession. For the first time in the history of Territory of Quality, entire teams became protagonists in their own right.
The screen composition changed for every sequence, while the cameras captured live reactions across the room. Lighting extended the movement of the 3D graphics into physical space. The broadcast preserved the same visual standard for the online audience.

A full line-up
of entertainment.
In the final sequence, the screen filled with team photographs from different cities and employees’ own answers to the question of what it means to be someone who makes things happen.
The room went dark. A field of stars spread across the entire LED canvas and gradually formed the INVITRO logo. The technological spectacle gave way to simple words of thanks for those who protect quality, support their colleagues and keep doing their work every day, even when no one is watching.
The visual story ended with what mattered most: people.
After the official programme, the main hall switched to concert mode in just 30 minutes.
Two live sets from the cover band, guest karaoke, host-led activities and a DJ set shifted the event from ceremonial to celebratory. The screen, lighting and stage continued to work as one, now transformed into a full-scale live music venue.

iMARUSSIA!
We have worked with INVITRO for five years. Together, we have delivered several editions of Territory of Quality, digital events and other corporate projects.
This is more than a series of events. It is a partnership built at every level, where there is no need to rediscover the brand and its audience with every new project. We know the company’s rhythm, understand its people and speak the same language as the team. That means we can begin each new project with ideas, not introductions.
That trust allows us to build on past success without repeating it. Territory of Quality 2026 marked a new chapter in our journey together and set the benchmark for the events to come.
And we’re not stopping here.
