Every day, we receive hundreds of calls offering partnerships: venues, equipment rental and procurement, performers, photo-video studios, marketing, consulting, IT solutions, finance, and more.

And all these calls leave no digital trace — “Thanks, we’ll keep you in mind.”
If you’re using the super-outdated sales approach of “cold calling and asking for a manager” — we’re definitely not the right fit.

• A PDF presentation of the proposed product or service;
• Pricing, service rates, or at least sample cost calculations in a table or PDF;
• Contact details of the responsible person.

• We only accept proposals in digital format. If your proposal can’t be submitted digitally, is too large, or needs to be handed over in person, unfortunately we won’t be able to work with you.
• Partnership proposals must be sent to a single email address only: database@imarussia.com.

Our duty manager regularly checks this inbox and, if your proposal looks promising, adds your details to our database, which we consult when such services are needed.

• Mass mailings. If your email is sent to all company addresses — it will be deleted without being read.
• Personal hand-off. If your proposal can’t be submitted digitally, is too large, or needs to be handed over in person, unfortunately we won’t be able to work with you.
• Phone inquiries. We don’t comment over the phone on whether we received your message, or who received it — it’s strictly confidential. Just call them Mr. X. For those who call back to follow up: “Mr. X received your message.”
