FAQ

What if the artist has a demanding hospitality rider?

Leave it to us. We’ll review the rider, separate the essentials from the nice-to-haves, coordinate every detail with the artist’s management, and make sure everything is delivered correctly on site.

What if the artist has serious technical requirements?

That’s a normal part of working with major talent. We review the technical rider, check it against the venue’s capabilities, and coordinate sound, lighting, staging, backline, screens, and engineers. If anything needs to be upgraded, replaced, or rented, we sort it out well before show day.

How can we be sure there won’t be any surprises with the artist?

We work through direct communication, clearly documented agreements, and hands-on producer supervision. Terms, timings, riders, and all key details are agreed and locked in advance. No surprises.

Can you handle all communication with the artist for us?

Absolutely. An artist and their team can require a surprising amount of time and attention: management, riders, revisions, transfers, dressing rooms, soundchecks, timings, contracts, and last-minute questions. We take the entire process off your hands, so you can focus on the event and your guests rather than an endless stream of messages from artist management.

We’ve never worked with major artists before. Can you guide us through the process?

Of course. We’ll walk you through the entire process: how artist booking works, what costs may arise beyond the fee, what to look for in the riders, where the risks are, and which decisions are better made in advance. Working with major talent is straightforward when the process is managed by people who know exactly how it works.

Can you help us choose an artist for a mixed audience?

Yes. Especially when the room brings together different generations, guest profiles, and expectations. We build the programme so that the artist, host, DJ, show elements, and finale work as one experience rather than a random playlist from somebody else’s party.

What does your artist booking service include?

We manage the entire process: artist selection, negotiations, verification of terms, contracting, rider coordination, logistics, timings, communication with management, supervision of every stage of preparation, and on-site support on the event day. For you, that means one reliable point of contact instead of multiple suppliers, endless message threads, and constant calls.
