We faced an ambitious challenge: how to turn INVITRO’s values from poster slogans into something real, relatable, and actionable for employees across the country. Sure, most employees can recite the values by heart — but how do they actually work in real teams, day-to-day routines, and challenging situations? How should a nurse, IT specialist, or operator apply them in practice?
The iMARUSSIA! team found the answer: we created a unique gamified platform called “The Values Lab”, turning an abstract discussion into an engaging experiment. No boring training sessions — just dynamic challenges, quests, humor, engagement, and real-life INVITRO cases. Employees completed tasks, experienced the values firsthand, communicated, shared ideas, and — most importantly — started to see how the values applied to their own work.
The project became a true tool of cultural transformation, which was our ultimate goal from day one.

Big Picture and Fine Print.
The project wasn’t just about tasks — it was about personal connection. Participants tackled random mini-quizzes, New Year’s challenges, “deduction” and “intuition” games, greeting cards, and creative holiday wishes. Some departments even teamed up to shoot their own videos, featured in the festive finale. The chat exploded with hundreds of comments, memes, and videos — the platform was alive. True engagement emerged from these little things — from people’s reactions and creativity.
The grand finale — an 80-minute New Year’s broadcast styled as a “Late Night Show” — featured interviews with INVITRO’s top managers, rapid-fire games, lotteries, quizzes, greetings, and even a musical number. All set in a recognizable lab-style setting, referencing the platform.
The project concluded with awards for top participants, teams, and creative contributors. But most importantly, the emotion lingered. Thanks to careful attention to detail, deep cultural understanding, and a creative approach, this wasn’t just an event — it was a lasting experience. We’re proud that iMARUSSIA! consistently delivers large-scale HR projects for INVITRO, transforming corporate values into an inspiring, modern format that unites thousands of employees nationwide.
