The concept was inspired by the metaphor of a heart and its rhythm. “The Pulse of INVITRO” is more than a medical symbol — it’s a vibrant reflection of the company’s unity.
Every live feed, every round of applause, every word of thanks became part of one great heartbeat.
The iMARUSSIA! challenge was to transform the ceremony into an event where in-person and online audiences felt like one. We designed the evening’s narrative arc as a pulsating wave — from the first beats of the intro video to the final, collective rhythm of gratitude.

The Pulse, Live on Air.
The Energy That Connects.
We built a festive atmosphere long before the ceremony kicked off: photo zones, a reception, and early activities on the Telegram channel engaged guests and created shared anticipation. A vibrant intro video and a welcome from the host set the rhythm of “The Pulse.” Our direction made the opening powerful and unifying — like the first heartbeat that kicks off the life of the evening.
The project’s key feature was its hybrid format, connecting Moscow with dozens of cities across Russia, Kazakhstan, and Belarus. We turned the broadcast into a live interaction: employees shared “heart” photos, joined a word cloud, and reacted to the event as it happened online. The Telegram channel became the digital heart of the celebration, while our technology and storytelling allowed every viewer to feel like they were right there in the hall.

Hearts That Beat as One.
Beyond the awards, we wove interactives into the script to keep guests captivated and engaged. The “Heart of Tags” turned employee emotions into a live word cloud, the “Photo Heart” gathered hundreds of snapshots into a single symbol, and a video of employee voices became a heartfelt declaration of love for the company.
The finale: all the values, emotions, and stories merged into a single heartbeat. Winners left the stage to applause, the audience with a sense of connection, and the pulse kept beating on the Telegram channel and in their memories.

The Night Goes On.
When the official ceremony ended, the atmosphere found a new rhythm. A cover band took the stage, a DJ stepped up to the decks, and the room filled with music and light. Colleagues danced in front of the stage and on it, transforming it into an open floor for joy and unity.
We deliberately designed this transition: from formal recognition to a free-spirited celebration where people could simply rejoice, be together, and feel like part of one big family. It was a true “afterpulse” — the continuation of the company’s heartbeat, already echoing in the dancing, songs, and laughter.

For the second year in a row, INVITRO has entrusted us with their main corporate ceremony. For us, this is not only an honor but a testament to our professionalism. We handled the full project cycle: from concept and script to the broadcast, direction, interactives, and the final emotional chord.

The “Relax Arena” Summer Festival for Arenadata
For one day, we brought the entire Arenadata team together in a vibrant open-air space. Over 500 people, including 200 guests from other regions, spent the day together: relaxed, free, and in their own way. The program featured beer yoga by the pond, wine meditation, quizzes, workshops, art installations, campfire karaoke, branded merch for Relax Coins, and over 20 other activities.
