The IEK DIGITAL FORUM was conceived not as a conference, but as a turning point. On this day, the company loudly announced itself as a new force — not merely as the successor to SCADA’s 35-year history, but as a full-fledged platform for the digital future.
Our challenge was to turn the forum into living proof that the digital transition isn’t a slogan — it’s the new reality. We structured the day’s narrative so that every step of the program felt like movement along a transformational path: from idea to technology, from technology to market, from market to partnership.

A Leap to New Horizons.
Digital as a Platform. A Platform as a Philosophy.
IEK DIGITAL moved beyond the product and focused on the ecosystem. New markets, solution architecture, and technological horizons were presented. The presentations weren’t about features — they were about meaning. Inside the “Molecule” hall, case studies from the energy, logistics, and industrial sectors were presented.
Speaking about complex things in simple terms — and honestly about the challenges clients face. This segment was about thinking on a grand scale.

On the second floor, we built a full-scale expo zone for representatives from more than 20 companies. A place where the technology spoke for itself. Guests could talk with developers, ask questions, and discuss ideas. Booth demonstrations, product consultations, and sideline discussions.
A place where the first steps of new joint projects were born. This is where the real magic happened — the intersection of technology and human connection. We created a space with no barriers between the stage and the audience. Everything within arm’s reach.

The forum concluded with live music and continued dialogue. A time when the solutions proposed during the day turned into real agreements in the evening. We created an atmosphere where the focus on digital transformation remained, but the pressure faded away.
With this event, we showed that IEK DIGITAL not only thinks strategically but also unites people. And that, perhaps, is the most powerful technology of all.

From the script’s architecture to the timing of three separate tracks, from managing the expo zone’s dynamics to producing the opening video, from seamless speaker onboarding to creating an atmosphere of professional trust — all of it was our responsibility.
We weren’t just creating a forum, but a public platform for a new technological identity. This project demanded extreme focus and flexibility from the team. Close collaboration with the client, dozens of approvals, and a delicate balance between a tech-forward presentation and genuine human dialogue. We designed, we wrote, we edited, we directed, we coordinated. We were behind the director’s console, on the expo floor, and in the control room.

The “Relax Arena” Summer Festival for Arenadata
For one day, we brought the entire Arenadata team together in a vibrant open-air space. Over 500 people, including 200 guests from other regions, spent the day together: relaxed, free, and in their own way. The program featured beer yoga by the pond, wine meditation, quizzes, workshops, art installations, campfire karaoke, branded merch for Relax Coins, and over 20 other activities.

Powerful content, polished direction, a unique script for the hosts, and seamless collaboration with dozens of speakers — all of this allowed us to structure the day with a single rhythm that reflected the main motto: “Not a day without a victory!”
