The central idea of the conference was the power of unity. You can do a lot alone, but only together can we truly achieve more. This idea became the foundation of the entire event. From the first moments, participants were immersed in an atmosphere of unity. A voice assistant, the conference’s digital host, greeted and guided guests throughout the day, setting the tone and blending live and digital experiences. After the welcome address by Simple Group President Maksim Kashirin, top managers, guest speakers, and industry leaders took the stage.

Each segment was crafted to show that the company’s goals are ambitious — but achievable, if pursued as one team.

On the Same Wavelength.

The evening block, held in the Backstage area styled as a future team hub, concluded the business portion. The space transformed, but the atmosphere of unity only grew stronger. Instead of a traditional dinner — an emotional lineup of performances, interactives, artist showcases, and a DJ set. The climax was a symbolic ritual of passing energy from one participant to another: the elements exchanged in the room ultimately merged into one form, symbolizing “one united team.”
