The event served as a metaphor: SGK as a source of light and warmth — not only in an energy sense, but also in cultural and human terms. On the shortest day of the year — the winter solstice — company employees became symbols of the light they bring to millions.
An atmosphere of magic, holiday wonder, and digital technologies underscored the company’s scale and its contribution to the country’s life.

Immersion began from the very first minute: animators in glowing costumes, a laser harp, a welcome area with sparkling wine, and energy-themed activities. Guests created cards in Santa’s holiday mail station, which we then sent to recipients, and took lots of photos in the LED studio.
Each activity symbolized the inner light of employees, lighting up the main Christmas tree with vibrant garlands.
A Quick Reminder of What Counts.
Recognition is the energy of growth.
The awards ceremony for top employees became the centerpiece of the official segment. Alongside the host, the ceremony was co-led by virtual AI assistant TeploTanya — a symbol of the technological future.
Awards were accompanied by lighting accents: for contributions to the energy sector — golden garlands on the tree, symbolizing the warmth and comfort created by SGK employees.

The shift to the show program was marked by powerful visual installations. A gymnast in a mirrored cube, LED dances, a laser show, and a performance by the Red Man Circus — all reflected SGK’s philosophy: energy as art.
The climax was the lighting of red garlands and the tree’s main star during a light show, symbolizing the unifying warmth and passion of the whole team.

After the show, the informal part began: a performance by cover band Mercury, greetings from the floor, musical guest Ivanushki International, and a closing DJ set. Emotions fused with light and music were remembered by participants as the start of a new energy wave. At the end of the evening, guests received branded gifts with the event’s visual identity — a piece of that light to take home.
