Understanding team dynamics through sailing — sail control, maneuvering — turned out to be a perfect analogy for corporate culture, where coordination and communication are key.

Who Are the “Little Wizards”?
The centerpiece of the event was, of course, the races themselves. Divided into several teams, participants began competing for victory, sharpening their skills in real-life conditions. Throughout the regatta, teams tackled business challenges and completed tasks, significantly boosting the teambuilding impact.
