The event was inspired by the Northern Lights — a natural phenomenon symbolizing energy, light, and innovation.
The energy, light, and warmth of SGK’s people create an inner glow that fuels the company’s core mission: to provide heat and electricity so homes remain safe, secure, and comfortable.
The concept came to life through design, program, and communications, creating full immersion with modern aesthetics and technologies.

The concept allowed us to celebrate several key milestones: Power Engineer’s Day, New Year’s Eve, and the company’s 15th anniversary.
The evening opened with a laser show synced to video mapping, immersing the room in light, followed by a custom video intro tracing the company’s journey, where LED “auroras” symbolized the launch of a truly energetic celebration.
Awards Ceremony
With an AI Co-host.
Tech runs deep in every event.
Artificial Intelligence: the traditional ceremony was co-hosted by “TeploTanya”, a virtual AI assistant.
She announced the nominees as their achievements appeared on screen as glowing, pulsing hearts. Awards were presented by top managers, with each segment accompanied by AI-generated personalized video jingles.

A show filled with metaphors.
A mesmerizing performance by the BIONICA team: “The Energy of Ideas” told the story of the future of energy through images and emotions. Conceptual costumes and magical music turned the innovation journey into a living canvas where every gesture was a metaphor and every image a revelation.
Unique theatrical performances bridged technological progress with SGK’s true energy source — the glowing hearts of its people. The performance unfolded through dance and visuals created by the talented designers Haik Simonyan and Fyodor Dodonov (Fedya&Haik).

The evening had everything we love about big events: humor, energy, and true star power. SGK’s corporate KVN tradition — now its calling card — once again brought together regional teams in a single video, showcasing just how talented and charismatic its people are off the clock.
The musical wave was carried on by the evening’s headliners: Artik & Asti electrified the room with their hits, turning the venue into a dance floor, while Grigory Leps delivered a powerful, moving, unforgettable finale.

The Northern Lights — a natural wonder that captivates and fills us with awe. Like light brightening polar nights, it became a symbol of the power that unites people across distances. Every element — from the magical “Energy of Ideas” performance to heartfelt KVN humor, vibrant conversations, and star acts — merged into a singular space of light and meaning.
It was a celebration where technology met emotion, creativity fused with team spirit. The project united regions, revealed the inner glow of each participant, and proved:
