This became the foundation for our “Territory of Quality” concept: we turned the awards ceremony into a metaphorical journey through a map of corporate values and achievements.
Each nomination was a geotag on the map, each awardee a milestone on the route, each region a vibrant point on the shared map where energy and professional dedication thrive. In this way, we visualized the internal journey of growth — encouraging forward movement and a true sense of shared purpose.

As the broadcast began, the venue and thousands of viewers across the regions joined the shared journey. The host wasn’t just announcing categories — he acted as a guide through INVITRO’s map, unveiling values alongside company representatives through real stories.
Each category was introduced with vibrant animated screens and color coding — visually reinforcing strategic priorities: “Optimism”, “Entrepreneurial Spirit”, “Reputation”, “Team”, “Responsibility”, “Clients”.
Live feeds from hubs in Siberia, the Far East, Belarus, and Kazakhstan heightened the sense of unity, showcasing a truly nationwide team.
All The Way You Want It.
The final live link united colleagues from all hubs as they simultaneously shouted: “INVITRO — Territory of Quality!”
After the official part, guests enjoyed a performance by the cover band Modal and a DJ-led dance session, while photo zones offered a space for memories and casual conversation.
