At the core of the conference, we framed victory not as a one-time event, but as a daily choice and a mindset. It was crucial to show that “winning” means more than just hitting high targets — it’s about being ready for challenges, working as a team, finding creative solutions, and inspiring and supporting one another.
We proposed an idea where every speech, every scene, and every emotion followed a single rhythm: the rhythm of victory. The goals for the new fiscal year weren’t just dry bullet points in a business plan, but part of a grand story of moving forward. The event’s atmosphere felt less like a typical conference and more like an arena where energy, strategy, and inspiration collide.
Thanks to our directorial approach, the day unfolded like a story: from a powerful opening with a video and hosts’ welcome, through recognizing past achievements and awarding heroes, to setting new, ambitious goals. This script allowed participants to experience not just a business day, but a true journey where they themselves were the heroes and champions of future victories.

First Steps.

The conference kicked off with a bang: an intro video, a dynamic entrance by the hosts, and lively audience engagement set the tone for the entire day. From the first moments, participants felt part of something bigger — a massive movement forward. We designed the opening to immerse every guest in a unified rhythm of victory through energy, drive, and a sense of connection.
For us, it was important to turn dry numbers and reports into a story that inspires. We helped the speakers present the results in a way that let employees see their own work, their achievements, and the company’s collective success behind the numbers. Here, our direction ensured a dynamic pace, so the number of speakers didn’t cause fatigue but instead heightened interest and maintained attention. We integrated blocks into the program covering national networks, regions, activations, IC, and goals for each area.
A complex mosaic transformed into a cohesive story about the future, where every participant could see themselves as part of the grand strategy.

The final session with Q&A and a summary wrapped up the business program. But what was truly important was the feeling that the day was well spent: participants got answers, were inspired by the plans, and left emotionally charged.
We intentionally structured the conclusion to create a smooth transition to the evening portion — an informal gathering that became a natural extension of the overarching theme of victory.

The “Relax Arena” Summer Festival for Arenadata
For one day, we brought the entire Arenadata team together in a vibrant open-air space. Over 500 people, including 200 guests from other regions, spent the day together: relaxed, free, and in their own way.
