Turning 30, people finally set their personality and assemble their values, habits and aspirations into an authentic worldview. The same applies to the company that has gone through three decades of triumphs and hardships, synchronizing its mindset with employees over time.
To wrap up the anniversary year, we helped IBS host a series of entertaining online events for employees that culminated in an offline awards ceremony in Moscow.
The project's key objectives:
- coming up with an innovative event idea
- creating the events' identity
- ensuring full technical support
- directing the employee awards ceremony
- providing live broadcasts from three studios and the event venue
- designing and building the event venue
- offering branding and production
- designing and making decorations
- throwing an after-party with food, music, and creative activities
The festive week began with two consecutive events — entertainment and music shows. Guests phoned the studio and competed for valuable prizes by participating in activities from such TV shows as Hundred to One, Moscow Nights, and Where Is the Logic?, adjusted to an online format, as well as other activities developed by our agency. A few days later, guests were invited to try their luck in the IBS Bingo online lottery. We used a randomizer to award winners for the best congratulations of colleagues and the most attentive viewers who were the first to put together all the code-password characters flashing on the screen!
During the week, employees also competed for prizes in the Kvizoteka contest on the company's internal portal, guessing popular singers by icons describing their songs.
The touching awards ceremony became an eye-catching culmination where not only the best employees were awarded but also those who have worked at IBS for 15, 20, 25, and 30 years!
The anniversary week captured the essence of the company's life with room for competition, laughter, excitement, sincere concern, and friendly support. These things build a solid foundation of one of the oldest IT companies in Russia.
