A regatta is one of the best team-building activities, as long as many of the things people do on a yacht remind of the relationships and processes inside a company.
We welcomed Pyaterochka employees under the sail, who just in two days of training not only addressed the company's business tasks, but also learnt how to ease and hike. Now they can easily tell the difference between a mainsail, a staysail and a gennaker.
