Conference by Simple—Creating a New Future Together

What is the future? Is it a predictable sequence of chaotic events or a well-thought-out plan implemented by committed people?

Amid great change and challenge, we held a two-day conference for Simple Group sales teams to shape the picture of their future collaborative work based on discussions, speeches, and activities they partook in.

 

The futuristic entourage became a native backdrop for the key conference events unfolding on the main stage — speeches written by prominent public speakers. The discussion was moderated by an AI voice-over talking from the future instead of a regular host.
 
With this simple but effective idea, we have immersed our guests in the world that we imagine as the reality of tomorrow.
 
The project's key objectives:
  • coming up with an innovative event idea;
  • creating the conference's identity;
  • ensuring full technical support;
  • engaging partner brands; 
  • offering branding and production;
  • designing and making decorations;
  • throwing an after-party with food, music, and creative activities.

A special digital platform was used for communication during the event. Screens with generative graphics were installed on the territory, broadcasting the concept of interrelation between the guests' actions and the future of the Simple group.

Before setting a goal, you need to grasp and feel it. This is what guests were doing during the team-building activities designed to stimulate the human senses.

Once the guests came up with what a successful future would look like and how to achieve it, they came to the night party at 1930 Moscow. With the sounds of music, flavored drinks and delicious snacks, they could memorize the moment when they chose to build Simple Group's future together.

The final show, pop stars' performances, and wine for sure comes with it!
