In early 2023, we held an ideal event for employees of the Chernogolovka Group sales department, a unforgettable day inspiring and motivating to go forward and reach new heights!
The project's key objectives:
- coming up with an innovative event idea
- creating the conference's identity
- creating a layout and animation of presentation materials
- directing speakers' performances
- designing and building a conference hall stage
- holding parallel sessions (two days)
- ensuring full technical support
- offering branding and production
- designing and making decorations
- throwing an evening party
- providing the evening's program and music
Natalia Sakhnina, CEO of Chernogolovka Group, opened the conference delivering a spectacular and encouraging speech carefully prepared and directed by the iMARUSSIA! team. During the business part, heads of marketing and sales departments, as well as a motivational speaker and a famous biathlete, Anton Shipulin, addressed the conference.
Being inspired by the company's success and plans and charged up, employees sent words associated with the Chernogolovka brand in a chat of the conference mobile app. As the event culminated, these words made up a large company logo on the main screen, symbolizing employees' total contribution in the new brand image.
After the business part, a gala dinner was opened by a famous stand-up comedian Margarita Rodina who brightened the evening with humor and positive emotions. The Kitchers band closed the evening, and their performance was a real gift and surprise for everyone.
Come On and Don't Stop! is a deserved name of the event since it drove the strong team spirit and motivation for Chernogolovka Group to achieve great goals in the newly emerging domestic market.
