AB InBev Efes — Future With More Cheers Online Conference

AB InBev Efes, one of the world's largest brewers, assigned us to move an annual conference for employees online. For various reasons, foreign participants could not come to Moscow, so it was decided to hold a teleconference bringing together people from different countries.

The project's key objectives:

  • refining an innovative event idea
  • creating the conference's identity
  • creating a layout and animation of presentation materials
  • designing and building three online studios 
  • providing simultaneous live broadcasts from two studios (teleconference)
  • ensuring full technical support
  • providing simultaneous interpretation in two languages
  • offering branding and production
  • designing and making decorations
  • providing catering for speakers
The event aimed to both present the company's new products and foster connection between employees from different countries. We at iMARUSSIA! made the broadcast as interactive as possible for participants to ask questions and communicate in real time.
 
We implemented a host of interesting and innovative ideas. 
Firstly, countries were directly connected via a teleconference, and participants could collaborate with each other despite the distance. The teleconference covered the entire event, ensuring full interaction.
 
Secondly, new products were rolled out using 3D graphics so that viewers could see and better visualize them in the market.
 
Finally, we had a duo of presenters from two countries that helped the company's employees feel a real connection.

To sum up, the online conference for AB InBev Efes employees is a milestone digital event. It showed that modern solutions can substantially improve event management and ensure real communication.
