Through 2021–2022, Raiffeisenbank and the MasterCard payment system were the main sponsors of Ice Rink by the Sea at the Sevkabel Port, St. Petersburg.
This partnership project included four events for customers and employees of the bank with the participation of figure skating stars.
The project's key objectives:
- mapping out the event program;
- ensuring full technical support;
- designing and making printed products;
- setting up theme food courts.
UGC concept: the SUN IS HERE! art object
The sun is commonly known as the main source of vitamin D, good mood, and peace of mind. But our #sunishere art object works just as well.
Anyway, no sun can warm up without light. Thus, Raiffeisenbank offered every resident and guest of the winter Northern Capital of Russia to charge from our "sun" and share its light with others.
The performance by the figure skaters—Aleksandra Bich and Ivan Bich— was the centerpiece. Winners of ISU championships and solo dancers in such international ice shows as Holiday on Ice, Imperial Ice Stars, Willy Bietak Productions, and Illusion on Ice, they performed with their pairs skating program.
Workshop by famous ice skaters
After the performance, Aleksandra and Ivan hold a skating workshop for all comers. For the younger guests, we had an entertainer in the rink dressed as the sun.
We've checked and confirm that the sun does rise in St. Petersburg, even in winter. :)
